30 Day Guarantee – We are confident our products will work for you. If you are not happy with the results after using the product for 30 days, we’ll give you a full credit, exchange or refund (less shipping charges) – no questions asked. Simply return the used and/or empty containers to Partner.Co within 30 days of the first purchase of the product.

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Service department (1-800-445-2969). Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you’re shipping back and send it to:

Partner.Co reserves the right to refuse refunds for quantities that cannot reasonably be consumed within 30 days. A reasonable quantity is typically considered 100PV of product per month. Promotional and certain specialty items may have more restricted conditions for returns.
